Your driver will meet you at the Gatwick airport terminal of your choice. He will have full identification (Tudor Rose ID Card) and wearing a red jacket and uniform. On no account should you pass your vehicle over to anyone not presenting the above.
On arrival at the Airport Terminal OR Car Park your Driver will present you with an Inspection Document indicating your vehicle details and travel dates and times. Certain personal information is omitted for security reasons. Please read and check the Inspection Document has the correct details as it contains important information. You will be asked to enter your vehicle mileage and list any items of value left in the vehicle on the back of the document. Our Driver will initial any items listed and ask you to sign the document.
Your driver will take photos of each side of your vehicle noting any obvious or significant damage to avoid any misunderstanding. We recommend you also take photos with a mobile phone or similar. Please note that it is the owners responsibility to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy including an up to date road license.
Our staff (drivers) reserve the right to refuse a vehicle if they believe there is a risk involved. We would assure our Customers that we take safety and care of vehicles very seriously and have very strict company policy regarding storage and staff procedures. On the date of your return give us a call once you have retrieved your luggage and through Customs. Our driver will deliver your car to you in approximately 10 minutes. You will be invited to check your vehicle and to sign the Inspection Document again. The signatures must match. If the signatures don’t match we will ask to view your passport and the name must match the name on the document. Please ensure you have thoroughly inspected your vehicle as any claims made once you take possession may be difficult to substantiate. You are then free to drive home.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AT LEAST 30 MINUTES NOTICE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT THE TERMINAL IS REQUIRED IF YOU ARE BOOKING LATE FOR THE NEXT MORNING.
